Gevrey-Chambertin has been a highly sought-after destination since the addition of the Climats de Bourgogne to the World Heritage of l’UNESCO.  The « Climats » designate a mosaic of plots of vineyards with varied soils, which harbor a strong historical, cultural, and natural identity.  This peculiarity of Burgundy, that does not exist anywhere else in the world, illustrates the alchemy that occurs between the wine, the people, and their terroir.
