Right of ownership

The site and any software necessarily used in connection with it may contain confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property law or any other law. Thus, unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights on the documents contained in the site and each of the elements created for this site are the exclusive property of Maison Laroze, which does not grant any license, or any right other than the right to consult the site. The reproduction of all documents published on the site is only authorized for the exclusive purpose of information for personal and private use, any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes being expressly prohibited. It is also forbidden to copy, modify, create a derivative work, reverse the design or assembly or in any other way attempt to find the source code (with the exception of cases provided by law), sell, assign, sub-license or transfer in any manner whatsoever any right relating to the software. Similarly, it is also forbidden to modify the software or to use modified versions of the software and in particular (without this list being exhaustive) in order to obtain unauthorized access to the service and to access the site by a means other than the interface provided to you for this purpose.

Cancelation Conditions

A full refund if the cancelation occurs less than 30 days before the arrival date.  If the reservation was made less than 30 days before the arrival date, a full refund is possible if the cancelation occurs within 48 hours of the booking confirmation and at least 14 days before the arrival date.  Beyond that, a 50% reimbursement applies up to 7 days before the arrival date.  No reimbursement is possible beyond this delay.  A cancelation insurance is recommended when booking online.  

Warranty Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, the entire amount of the stay will be paid on site upon your arrival by Bank Card, American Express or cash.  Checks are not accepted.  
For additional services or consumptions, the balance will be paid before your departure.    

The bank imprint will also serve as a damage guarantee for the duration of the stay.  In the event of significant damage, Maison Laroze will charge the 1200€ deposit.  

Rules and Procedures of Maison Laroze

To all our tenants,
So that the conditions of your stay will be the most enjoyable and that the high standing of the facilities that we have so carefully chosen are preserved for the longest time possible, we ask you to carefully read these regulations, and by your signature, commit to comply to them.  
Our Guest House is neither a hotel nor a public place.  This is indeed a private place dedicated to tenants.  Thus, the public cannot access it freely.  In addition, for your comfort and your peace of mind, we ask you to respect the premises, ensure that the house is kept in order, and there is no disturbance for the neighbors.  

•     Arrivals:

To welcome you in the best possible conditions, your check-in will be possible from 4pm on the day of your arrival until 7pm.   Arrivals outside of these hours must be object of a previous agreement between the host and the guests.  

•     Departures:

On the last day, departures are at 11am.  Late departures at 2pm are possible subject to our previous written agreement.  

•     Breakfasts – as a supplement – must be ordered the previous day before 2pm.    

The baskets will be placed in the Kitchen at 8.00 am.

•     Rooms and Living Space:

The client is to leave the living space and the rooms in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to declare any possible damage for which they may be responsible.   
Children on the property are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.

•         Eco-tourism:

The Maison Laroze would like to ask their guests to respect simple measures that will allow their stay to be a part of an eco-tourism approach:
•    Avoid leaving the lights on unnecessarily,
•    Do not let water flow uselessly and moderate the flow during showers,
•    Do not throw anything in the toilets other than the intended hygienic paper
•    Sort waste – notably a trash bin dedicated to glass is available in the courtyard of the property.

•     General Conditions

In compliance to the decree N°2006-1386 from the 15th of November 2006, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in places of collective use.  Thus, the entire Maison is non-smoking.  
As part of the protection of minors, the sale and the consumption of alcohol is forbidden to minors less than 18 years old.  

•     Theft and accidents:

The owner declines all responsibility in the case of theft or bodily injury occurring at property.
